Your role
You will lead the cafe operation ensuring consistency, speed, quality, and a great vibe.

What we need from you

- Most important: POSITIVITY.




- ProvenHead Barista and/or Barista Supervisor experience
- Solid specialty coffee skills latte art, dial-ins, grind adjustments, machine calibration
- Ability to lead a team and run a smooth, efficient bar during peak trade
- Experience in ordering (coffee beans, packaging, fresh & alternative milks)
- Passion for customer service making someone's day with a smile
- Reliable, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Monday to Friday availability (earliest start 5:45am / latest finish 3:45pm)
