Options including the Terrace Rooftop Dining and Bar, Belle Epoque Patisserie, Reserve Wine Bar, Conference & Event facilities, In-Suite Dining and FIRMA Restaurant.

The Role n

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you are responsible for the efficient and effortless operation of the Conference & Events and/or In Suite Dining Department (s). By embodying our core value, The Guest is Everything, your focus is on delivering 'total customer satisfaction' through seamless food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Provide the highest level of service in all guest interactions, in line with Emporium's Service Promises
n
- Enter orders accurately into the Point of Sale (POS) system
n
- Deliver meals promptly to guests and ensuring orders are correct when collected from the kitchen
n
- Maintain clean and tidy tables, service areas, and floors in accordance with procedures
n
- Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
n




- Take guest orders while maximising sales opportunities through strong product knowledge
n
- Ensure hygienic food and beverage service practices are followed at all times
n
- Embody an ownership mindset by taking responsibility of your assigned section or station during service
n
- Maintain current RSA certification and adhering to responsible service principles
n
- Perform opening and closing duties, as required
n
- Create enriching experiences for our guests by ensuring they are welcomed and served in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
n

- A passion for food and beverage, with a desire to work in a five-star hotel environment

- The ability to work a rotating roster over 7-days including nights

- A current RSA and eligibility to work in Australia.
