Job Description

DWF in Melbourne is seeking a dedicated Claims Account Manager to own and manage a portfolio of Freight Forwarders Liability claims for insurer clients. You will ensure accurate claims handling and maintain comprehensive records.

The role includes coverage assessments, reserve management, settlements, and liaising with clients, brokers and insureds. A Bachelor’s degree in law and robust negotiation, communication, and analytical skills are essential.
