Your opportunity:

- The Associate Clinical Nurse Consultant is a Registered Nurse with advanced skills, knowledge and expertise in clinical care coordination. The role supports the Clinical Nurse Consultant and Nurse Unit Manager to ensure that discharge/transfer planning, off site clinical care planning and telehealth services within the Prison Health Service facility, meets high quality nursing standards, the expectations of the health service and consumers.

Our offer:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $149,968 p.a., comprising salary between $128,740 - $131,440 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (2)) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
