Fife Capital is seeking a solid legal and compliance person for its funds management and property investment business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Advise on fund, property and corporate legal matters

· Draft and review contracts and transaction documents

· Support compliance and regulatory obligations

· Assist with governance, company secretarial, insurance and risk management activities.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

· Qualified lawyer

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in funds management, financial services, corporate or property law from a leading law firm or in-house (preferably with a large corporate in the property industry)

· Strong drafting, communication and commercial skills.
