Are you an experienced operations or practice management professional looking for a diverse, hands-on role within a skilled services environment?

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Legal Practice Manager to join a respected organisation based in Circular Quay. This is an initial temporary contract through to mid-March, with the potential to extend or become permanent for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will ideally commence in early October to allow for a comprehensive handover with the current incumbent.

The Role

This is a broad operational position that will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

Responsibilities include:

- Payroll administration and coordination
- Executive and team support
- Travel, meeting and diary coordination
- Office and facilities management
- General operational and administrative support
- Supporting senior stakeholders and wider team activities
- Ensuring efficient practice operations and processes

About You To be successful, you'll bring:

- Previous experience in Practice Management, Office Management, Operations or Administration roles




- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders and busy teams
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to work independently and hit the ground running

Experience within the legal sector is highly regarded, however, candidates from qualified services environments such as consulting, accounting, financial services or similar industries are also encouraged to apply. What's on Offer?
