Location: Redlands & Surrounds (Capalaba, Victoria Point, Cleveland, Wynnum/Manly)

Employment Type: Casual / Part-Time / Permanent (Immediate Start with on-the-job training)

As a Support Worker, you will empower NDIS participants to live independently, build confidence and achieve their goals while maintaining dignity, choice and control.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Providing daily living assistance (personal care & domestic support)

✔ Community access and social engagement

✔ Implementing behaviour support strategies

✔ Transport to appointments and activities

✔ Encouraging skill development and independence

✔ Upholding NDIS standards, rights and safeguards

About You:

✔ Caring, patient and person-centred

✔ Robust communication & problem-solving skills

✔ Can work both independently and within a team

✔ Energetic,



reliable and committed to high-quality support

Requirements:

✔ Current Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (or we can provide assistance to apply/obtain these)

✔ First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain - we are connected with an RTO)

✔ Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

✔ Full work rights in Australia

Preferred:

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or willing to commence studying)
