Action Lines Signs & Civil are seeking experienced Linemarking Operators, Crew leaders, Labourer's & Mechanic to join our team.
We are seeking experienced operators, labourer's & mechanics who can confidently step into our crews and contribute across a variety of linemarking and road infrastructure projects.

About the role:
Depending on your experience your responsibilities may include:
- Operating crew linemarking and set-out
- Longline and major road linemaring works
- Leading and coordinating crews on site
- Reading and interpreting plans and completing works to required specifications
- Completing pre-starts and required site documentation
- Maintaining plant, vehicles and equipment
- Working safely around live traffic and construction environments
- Travelling for project work when required.
About you We are particularly interested in applicants with demonstrated linemarking experience.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Linemarking Operator or Crew Leader
- Paint truck operating experience
- Strong hand crew and set-out experience
- Dangerous goods licence
- Experience on major road and infrastructure projects
- Construction White Card
- Current driver’s licence
- Traffic Control tickets
- A strong understanding of WHS and protected work practices
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a crew
- Willingness to travel and undertake away work when required
The following will be highly regarded:
- MR or HR licence
- Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent
- Forklift licence
- Thermoplastic application experience
- CAP/longline experience
- Previous Crew Leader or supervisory experience
