Loan Processing Officer

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys analytical work and problem-solving while ensuring customers receive great service and support with every call.

You will be based at our modern office in Southport and there is no night time or weekend work required.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with clients via phone, email and sms in relation to their loan application
- Analyse bank statements and supporting documents
- Query clients in relation to their application, needs and objectives
- Maintain a professional, calm and customer-focused approach always

About You You’re proactive, professional,



and understand the importance of fairness and clear communication in financial services.

To be successful, you’ll:

- Have a strong phone manner — confident, friendly, skilled and appropriately assertive
- Be good with numbers (above average analytical and mathematical skills)
- Be able to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume, fast paced workplace
- Stay calm under pressure and comfortable handling difficult customer conversations
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be a team player with a strong work ethic and reliability
