Multiple Logistics Management Opportunities | Villawood NSW Our client is a growing logistics and supply chain business providing warehousing, distribution and related logistics services. Due to continued business expansion, we are currently recruiting for three management positions across its operations and customer service functions.

- Network Planning & Operations Manager | Up to $200K + Super Lead medium- and long-term logistics network planning across distribution centres, hubs, warehouses and transport routes.

Key Focus Areas Include:

- Logistics network design & capacity planning
- Warehouse / hub location and facility planning
- Linehaul, routing and transport optimisation
- Cost modelling, ROI and operational efficiency
- Network implementation and automation projects

Ideal for candidates with strong experience in logistics network planning, transport planning, distribution or supply chain operations .

- Operations Manager | Up to $150K + Super Lead day-to-day logistics operations with a solid focus on operational consistency, visibility and continuous improvement.

Key Focus Areas Include:

- SOP development & implementation
- Warehouse / logistics operations
- Exception shipment management




- Shipment tracking & operational visibility
- KPI management & frontline team leadership

We are looking for candidates with 3+ years of logistics operations experience , ideally from distribution centre, e-commerce warehouse, parcel/freight or cross-border logistics environments.

- BPO Quality Control Manager | Up to $120K + Super Drive service quality and operational performance across outsourced customer service operations.

Key Focus Areas Include:

- BPO quality & service delivery
- Call / conversation quality monitoring
- Customer service KPIs
- Root cause & operational data analysis
- Process improvement and automation
- BPO partner performance management

Candidates should have experience in BPO management, quality operations, contact centre or service performance management . Fluent Mandarin is required. Location: Villawood, NSW Employment: Full-time | 5 Days On-site

Salary: Up to $120K-$200K + Super depending on the position
