The role

You will own logistics and warehousing for the Australian business. That means keeping product moving, customers supplied and costs in check, day in and day out.

This is a hands-on role. You will be on the warehouse floor solving problems, not managing from behind a desk. You will lead a small team, work closely with sales, and partner with the international operations team on projects and improvements.

Key responsibilities

Operations

- Lead daily warehousing and distribution, inbound and outbound
- Drive service, quality and cost across warehouse and transport
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock control and replenishment
- Keep the site secure, organised and compliant

Freight and systems

- Manage forwarders and transport providers, including performance reviews
- Oversee customs clearance and improve shipment visibility
- Use and help develop the ERP, WMS and order management systems
- Report on cost, quality and plans to local and international leadership

People and planning





- Lead and develop a small warehouse and logistics team
- Work with sales on demand planning and stock availability
- Contribute to improvement projects set by the international operations team

What you'll bring

Essential

- Around 5 years across warehousing and core logistics operations
- A background in distribution, warehousing, inventory management or a similar environment
- Experience leading or coordinating a small warehouse or logistics team
- A genuinely hands-on approach and the confidence to fix problems on the spot
- Strong people skills, with a positive, encouraging leadership style
- Working knowledge of ERP and WMS platforms
- Good analytical and project management skills
- Clear, confident communication in English, including with overseas stakeholders
- A stable career history and strong references
- Willingness to complete background checks
