Australand Agriculture Pty. Ltd. is looking for a Full-Time Logistics Merchandise Planner to plan, develop and implement the best practice to support the growth of the business.

Key responsibilities

- Analyse historical information and identify market opportunities to drive growth, determine product sales mix, stock levels, retail prices and margins.
- Create and implement pricing strategies by item to maximise sales and gross profit.
- Create and plan product assortments (item, colour and size) for each product category.
- Place orders for both seasonal and replenishment product buys.
- Accurately forecast customer sales by store and replenish stock as needed to maintain optimal in-stock positions and maximise sales results.
- Create allocation strategies, incorporating the merchandise plan and flow strategy to meet store inventory needs.
- Regularly analyse inventory to identify fast- and slow-moving stock.
- Monitor and build financial sales, gross margin and inventory plans on a weekly basis at item level.




- Contribute to weekly meetings by providing analysis and recommendations to achieve sales, gross profit and stock targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Marketing and Store Operations, to ensure product success.
- Deliver key objectives through innovation, customer awareness and inventory management.
- Build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders.

Requirements for the role:
- A relevant qualification in the field and/or at least 5 years of professional experience in similar roles.
- Solid analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills

Role type: Full-Time Salary: $80,000–$90,000 according to experience, plus superannuation.
