The beautifully presented store showcases seasonal collections from leading European labels, combining contemporary, high-end fashion with personalised service. Our knowledgeable and professional team provides customers with everything from detailed product advice through to personalised tailoring.

About the Role

Your role will centre around developing genuine, long-term relationships with customers that go beyond a single visit or transaction.

You will become a trusted advisor in fashion and style, using your knowledge and experience to make recommendations, offer alternatives and ensure every customer receives the highest level of service and attention.





You will receive training in skilled tailoring, including how to provide advice and take customer measurements for tailoring and alteration services.

When the store is quieter, you will be expected to make productive use of your time. Alongside general housekeeping and maintaining the store, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your creativity and eye for detail by assisting with displays and visual merchandising.

About You To succeed in this position, you will:

- Have a genuine passion for quality menswear, leading international brands and visual merchandising
- Understand what exceptional customer service truly means
- Be eager to learn, develop and strive for excellence
- Have a naturally warm, friendly and engaging personality
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and grooming
- Be a confident and capable communicator who can build rapport with people at all levels
- Have previous fashion retail experience (preferred, but not essential)
