/n We're partnering with an internationally recognised luxury fashion and lifestyle house to appoint an Operations Manager for its major Westfield Sydney store./n

ABOUT THE ROLE/n

/n Based at Westfield Sydney, you'll take ownership of the operational side of a major retail store./n

/n The store's leadership structure has been expanded into dedicated Operations and Visual leadership roles to support the scale of the business, the team and the demands of the store./n

/n You'll partner closely with the Store Director and fellow leaders to ensure the store runs efficiently, inventory is controlled and the customer experience remains exceptional./n

/n The store is scheduled to open on 13 November, with a core team of approximately 65 people plus seasonal team members./n

/n

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING/n /n

- Lead overall store operations, inventory management and back-of-house execution.

/n

- Oversee stock processing, deliveries, replenishment and inventory flow. /n
- Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts,



stocktakes and RFID scanning.

/n

- Investigate shrinkage and implement improvements to stock control. /n
- Manage high product volumes and streamline operational workflows.

/n

- Lead, coach and develop the Operations team. /n
- Improve processes, productivity and operational efficiencies.

/n

- Partner with the Store Director on labour planning, scheduling and business performance.

/n

- Collaborate with Visual and Sales & Service leaders to support seamless store execution. /n
- Maintain a safe, organised and customer-ready store.

/n /n ABOUT YOU/n /n

- Strong retail operations leadership experience in a high-volume environment.

/n

- Experience managing inventory, stock flow, shrinkage and back-of-house operations.

/n

- Proven people management experience, ideally leading large or complex teams.

/n

- Solid understanding of retail systems, processes and operational KPIs.

/n

- A track record of improving efficiencies and solving operational challenges.

/n

- Confidence using data to drive decisions and performance.

/n

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

/n

- Flexibility for a retail leadership roster, including weekends, early starts and occasional late finishes.

/n

- Luxury or premium retail experience is highly desirable, particularly in a store with significant product volumes and a large team.
