/n Based at Chatswood, you'll lead Visual Merchandising within a substantial retail environment.

/n Following the store's move into a higher tier, the Assistant Store Manager structure has been split to create dedicated Operations and Visual leadership roles.

/n You'll execute the brand's global visual direction, maintain exceptional store presentation and partner closely with Operations leadership to ensure the store looks and performs at its best.

/n You'll also lead and develop a Visual Lead, working collaboratively across the wider store leadership team.

/n This is a role focused on bringing global visual direction to life — not creating the strategy from scratch. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING /n /n





- Execute global visual directives across the store.

/n

- Maintain elevated visual standards and collection presentation.

/n

- Translate global guidelines into effective in-store execution.

/n

- Lead and develop the Visual team, including the Visual Lead.

/n

- Partner with Operations leadership on workload and priorities.

/n

- Collaborate with Sales & Service to support the customer experience.

/n

- Use business performance and product data to inform execution.

/n

- Maintain consistency across merchandising and store standards.

/n

- Adapt visual workload to changing business needs.

/n ABOUT YOU/n /n

- Experience in visual merchandising leadership within luxury or premium retail.

/n

- A robust eye for detail, product presentation and store environments.

/n

- Confidence executing global or head-office visual directives.

/n

- Experience leading, coaching or developing a team.

/n

- Strong organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities.

/n

- A commercial mindset and understanding of how visual execution supports sales.

/n

- Confidence collaborating with Operations and Sales & Service leaders.

/n

- Flexibility for a retail leadership roster, including weekends, early starts and occasional late finishes.
