Job Description
Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to lead daily operations, drive service and stock management within a specialist area.
You will manage a team of 15+ while reporting to the Site Manager, ensuring the widest range and best prices are showcased to customers.
You will monitor customer service levels, coordinate with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health & Safety teams, and develop supplier relationships.
