Job Description

PCH Civil is seeking a full time HSET Advisor based in Greenbushes, WA. The role focuses on improving health, safety, environment, and training practices across civil construction projects, working with site teams and leadership.

Responsibilities include site inspections, risk assessments, toolbox talks, incident reporting, and developing training programs, with a strong emphasis on proactive safety culture and regulatory compliance on all project sites.
