Our client is a long-standing, full-service Gold Coast law firm known for practical advice and a strong focus on client care. They are looking for an experienced Wills & Estates Lawyer to lead their wills and estates team. It is a role with real autonomy: you will manage your own files, work directly with clients and referral partners, and contribute to the practice's continued success.

About the role! n

You will handle the full life cycle of wills and estates work,



from estate planning and drafting through to administration and probate, dealing directly with clients, executors and beneficiaries.

- Lead the wills and estates team and contribute to the practice's continued success
n
- Draft wills, enduring powers of attorney and advance health directives
n
- Advise clients on estate planning strategies
n
- Handle estate administration and probate applications
n
- Advise executors and beneficiaries
n
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and referral partners
n
- Take part in business development and networking initiatives
n

What you'll bring! nn
- Admitted in Queensland with a current practising certificate
n
- 5+ years PAE in wills and estates (or equivalent experience)
n
- Strong technical knowledge of succession law
n
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills, with a compassionate, empathetic and professional approach
n
- Strong attention to detail and file management skills
n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client service
n
