Job Description

The Weir Group is seeking a Senior SHE Business Partner to support Western Australia with oversight for sites in Perth, Kalgoorlie and Port Hedland. The role is primarily site-based with regular travel and a solid emphasis on safety culture and regulatory compliance.

You will lead strategic SHE initiatives, advise senior leaders, and drive incident investigations and continuous improvement across multiple sites in heavy industrial environments.
