Osmoflo is seeking a Field HSE Advisor - Operations to support the field-based activities across Australia. You will partner with operational teams to promote risk management, compliance and continuous improvement while travelling to FIFO and remote sites.

You will bring WHS expertise, practical coaching skills and hands-on experience in high-risk environments to drive safety culture and ensure protected work practices. This role requires travel and strong stakeholder engagement across multiple sites.
