We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and reliable Educator to join our dedicated and supportive team at our small, family, friendly 45-place early learning centre. Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality education and care in a play-based learning environment.
- Build and maintain positive, supportive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Promote and protect the safety, rights, and wellbeing of every child, reporting any concerns in accordance with child protection regulations.
- Work collaboratively with a passionate and professional team.
- Contribute to programming, documentation,



and daily reflections.
- Support children’s individual needs in a calm, responsive, and respectful manner.

About You (The Applicant)

Must Have:

- A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their learning, safety, and wellbeing.
- A strong understanding of child protection principles and a willingness to uphold a child-safe culture.
- A positive work ethic and ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
- A valid Working with Children Check.
- An ACECQA-recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education (or actively working towards one).

Would Be Nice to Have:

- Previous experience in the Early Childhood Education sector.
- Experience in programming, observations, and maintaining daily journals.
