WISE Employment is seeking compassionate, KPI-driven Job Coaches to empower participants to reach their employment potential. You will work across outreach sites, supporting job seekers with resumes, applications and interview prep while building relationships with local employers.

The role requires full Australian working rights, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a National Police Check and a Working with Children Check. A pre-employment assessment is also part of the process.
