You will lead the back-of-house team, drive menu development, and take ownership of kitchen operations—from pass to P&L;—while supporting breakfast and lunch service, with occasional events in the evenings.
Join a rapid-paced, high-quality kitchen that values creativity, leadership, and solid food safety practices.
A 2+ year Sous Chef background and a passion for brunch and all-day dining are essential.
