HESTA Super is seeking a senior governance qualified to lead a pivotal 12-month contract. Reporting to the Company Secretary, you will assess governance against better practice and emerging regulatory expectations, then design an uplifted framework spanning Board and Committee governance, delegations, policies and reporting.

A central focus will be a skills matrix framework, enabling you to showcase strategic thinking at the highest level.
