A cadetship at FKG will give you knowledge across all areas of construction, you'll learn from experienced members of the team,



obtain hands‑on involvement across a variety of exciting commercial projects and be given excellent learning support and mentorship as you develop your career.

Responsibilities

You will enjoy the variety within your job scope, including:

- Organisation and management of suppliers and subcontractors
- Procurement of trade packages and assistance in developing cost reports;
- Liaison with clients, site staff, design managers, estimators, and project managers
- Estimation, design and contract administration

Experience and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

- To be currently enrolled and successfully completed the first year of your Bachelor of Construction Management/ Urban Development/ Quantity Surveying
- Highly developed organisational, time management and prioritising skills A can‑do attitude, self‑motivated and willingness to learn;
- An exceptional level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Previous construction industry experience would be an advantage;
- To include your ATAR results on your resume.
