The prospect

Joining a team of skilled professionals, this role will see you support the Principal in Spiritual, Educational, Community and Administrative Leadership.

You will assist the Principal by

- providing leadership and oversight of professional practice of teachers at St Mary's College
- playing a vital role in the induction, mentoring and professional development
- modelling best practice in planning, teaching, assessment and reporting
- supporting and promoting the ideals of Catholic education, Edmund Rice charism, the Catholic Church and the College's vision, mission and values.

About You

Demonstrated experience in leading, planning and managing the implementation of College-wide professional learning and capacity-building initiatives that enhance teaching practice, support leadership development and improve student outcomes.

Passionate about co-creating a nurturing school environment.

Hold or be eligible to hold,



registration as a teacher in Queensland.
