About the role n

Snap Fitness Burwoodis looking for a self-motivated and results driven Club Manager, with a big personality to look after our 10 year old club.

- (with potential to be the AREA MANAGER with higher salary with the right experience),

Do you love interacting with members and supporting your team of 8x Personal Trainers?

About the Franchisee n

Owner of 3 other highly successful clubs. The other Managers have a combined 20+ years' experience in the Health and Fitness Industry. Work with and be trained by other highly skilled and successful Managers with proven track records.

Skills and experience requirements nn
- Certificate III and IV in Fitness (a bonus though not a deal breaker)
n
- 3+ years' experience in Management or leading a team in the Fitness Industry




n
- 3+ years' experience in any customer service industry (not specifically a gym)
n
- Experience in a sales role
n
- A strong leader
n
- Experience in recruiting, training and driving a Personal Trainer team
n
- Highly self-motivated, self-disciplined and driven to achieve results
n
- Experience in Social media channels
n
- Required to work Monday-Friday 10am-7pm
n

- You're the sole driving force of the business. Know your KPI's and track your progress on a daily basis.

- Recruit and manage your team of PT's to ensure their own business success
n
- You'll have an eye for detail, a natural sales ability and look for any and every opportunity to grow the business
n
- You're a people's person, you have the gift of the gab, a "can-do" attitude and you lead by example
n
- Heaps of creativity, a fun personality,can multitask and prioritisetasks
n
- Have agenuine care for your members and a want to help them achieve their health and fitness goals
n
- Ready and willing to put in the hard yards to run a large member base club
n

The successful candidate nn
- This is a full time position with Immediate start for the right person
n
- Probation period of 3 months
n
- Will receive training in all aspects of Managing a gym
n
- Ongoing Training and hands on Support from Management
n
