Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Audi Alto Macarthur is seeking a motivated Pre-Delivery Coordinator to join our premium automotive team and play a vital role in ensuring every Audi is delivered to the highest standard.

About the Role n

As a Pre-Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the vehicle preparation and delivery process from arrival through to handover. Working closely with Sales, Service, Parts, and our Vehicle Delivery team, you'll ensure every customer receives a flawless delivery experience that reflects the Audi brand.

Key Responsibilities n

Coordinate the preparation and delivery scheduling of all new and pre-owned vehicles.

Track vehicle arrivals and manage delivery timelines.

n

Liaise with Sales, Service, Parts, and external suppliers to ensure vehicles are prepared on time.

n

Ensure all pre-delivery inspections, accessories, registrations, and documentation are completed accurately.

n

Maintain accurate vehicle status updates and records.

n





Manage customer delivery appointments and support the delivery process.

n

Monitor workflow and proactively resolve any delays or issues.

n

Uphold Audi's premium presentation and customer service standards.

About You n

Previous experience in automotive administration, vehicle coordination, or dealership operations is highly regarded.

Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

n

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

n

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

n

Proficient computer skills and experience using dealership management systems is advantageous.

n

A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

n

Current Australian Driver's Licence.
