Equipment & Lifting Solutions (ELS) is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to spearhead the growth of our Access Equipment Hire division. Backed by over 20 years of industry excellence, we provide a complete, single-source solution for commercial, civil, and residential projects across South East Queensland.

We pride ourselves on safety, fast response times, and maintaining a top-tier, modern fleet. In this role, you won't be chained to a desk. You will be out visiting active construction sites, engaging directly with recent clients, building strong ties with site managers, and driving utilisation rates across our expanding range of access and lifting machinery.

Your Key Responsibilities

- New Business Acquisition: Proactively target, prospect, and secure new commercial, civil, and residential construction clients across the SEQ market.
- Fleet Promotion: Drive the hire and utilisation of our access equipment fleet and confidently cross-sell our broader lifting and crane services.
- Relationship Management: Develop, nurture, and leverage long-term relationships with customers, builders, sub-contractors, project managers, and procurement teams.
- Market Intelligence: Keep your finger on the pulse of upcoming construction projects, infrastructure tenders, and competitor movements.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with our Sandgate-based operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless equipment delivery and outstanding, reliable customer service.

About You

- Extensive experiance in the EWP/Hire industry 5-10 years experiance required
- You are a natural relationship builder who feels right at home walking onto an active construction or civil site.
- You have a proven track record in B2B sales, new business development, or account management (experience in equipment hire, construction, or industrial sales is highly regarded).
- You are highly motivated, self-directed, and hungry to hunt for new business while servicing existing accounts.
- You possess a valid driver's licence and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
