Job Description
WFI in Brisbane is seeking a Policy Services Consultant to learn and support updating customer insurance policies, handling renewals, and processing changes. You’ll gain hands-on experience and a nationally recognised qualification while you’re paid.

During the first six months you’ll complete the ANZIIF Tier 2 General Insurance Compliance Certification, fully funded by WFI and delivered onsite. The role runs 12 months max-term, with potential for hybrid work as business needs allow.
