Arpad Aged Care is seeking a strong and experienced Clinical Care Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.

Arpad Aged Care is a boutique aged care home in Wantirna, specializing in elderly people with Hungarian backgrounds.

We are considering our staff and our residents as community who cares for each other.

Our residents are in the focus of all we do and we involve them in our decision-making processes. We look for a clinical leader, who value a real partnership with the older people in their care and who are able to drive the team to provide our residents with respectful care and professional advice and support.

As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you'll make a genuine difference when it's needed the most.

Provide quality resident-focused and clinical care utilising a person-centred approach

Effectively supervise and lead a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating our core values

Take an active role in getting to know our residents and their families

Undertake assessments, treatment and documentation to the highest standard

To thrive in this role, you will have:

- Excellent clinical skill base and knowledge of legislation within Aged Care.




- Experience in leading and supervising teams of people and liaising with families.
- Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
- A compassionate, flexible and positive approach.
- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

About You

You are an experienced aged care clinical leader who understands the balance between compassionate care and operational accountability.

You will bring:

- Minimum 3-4 years of leadership experience in residential aged care
- Robust knowledge of AN-ACC, Aged Care Quality Standards & Accreditation
- Experience in clinical governance, compliance and continuous improvement
- Confidence in mentoring staff and building high-performing teams
- Solid documentation and electronic care management system skills
- Current Police Check clearance
- COVID and flu vaccination
