de Witt Consulting is a multidisciplinary consultancy providing Project Management, Town Planning, Surveying, Ecology and Engineering services across a broad range of development and infrastructure projects.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Charlestown team and manage projects from concept and approvals through to construction and completion.

The role

You will manage a diverse portfolio of projects through various stages of the development lifecycle — from initial concept and approvals through design, procurement and construction.

Working closely with our clients and multidisciplinary project teams, you will be responsible for keeping projects moving, identifying issues early and maintaining a clear focus on programme, cost, quality and commercial outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing projects from concept and approval through to construction and completion
- Developing and maintaining project programmes, milestones and key deliverables
- Coordinating consultants, contractors, authorities and other project stakeholders
- Managing the development and statutory approval process
- Monitoring project budgets, costs and commercial performance
- Identifying and managing contractual, programme and project risks
- Chairing and coordinating project meetings and ensuring actions are followed through




- Providing clear and timely project reporting to clients and management
- Ensuring project teams are working in accordance with approvals, specifications and project requirements
- Maintaining appropriate project records and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with relevant quality, health, safety and environmental requirements
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and project stakeholders

About you

We are looking for someone with experience in project management, development, construction or consulting.

Ideally, you will have:

- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- A practical and solutions-focused approach
- An understanding of the NSW planning and development process
- Experience in land development, subdivisions, civil infrastructure or building projects would be highly regarded

You will work across a diverse range of projects and have direct access to experienced professionals across our planning, surveying, engineering, ecology and project management teams.
