Position Overview: As a Sales Professional at Dracakis Jewellers, you will be an integral part of our team, providing our discerning customers with an extraordinary shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain long standing relationships with customers, providing an exceptional in-store experience, through passion & efficiency.
- Accountability for the sales performance of all key categories.
- Learn & develop strong jewellery product knowledge, including knowledge of our international brands, Hearts On Fire, Pomellato & Roberto Coin.
- Present our exquisite jewellery collections and engage customers through product knowledge.
- Understand the unique preferences of each customer to recommend personalised jewellery selections.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Ensure the store's visual merchandising and displays align with our brand's style.




- Contributing to store activities & events.
- Develop sale opportunities through storytelling.

Qualifications:

- A solid background in high-performing sales.
- Passion for fine jewellery and an understanding of gemstones and precious metals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
