We're looking for a Machine Operator to join our production team to operate the PE Extruder Machine . In this role, you'll be responsible for operating and monitoring polyethylene (PE) extrusion machinery to produce sheet products to spec.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, operate, and monitor PE extrusion lines to produce quality output
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and line speed settings, adjusting as needed
- Conduct quality checks throughout production runs and record results
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment faults or product defects
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of extrusion equipment
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate production logs and reports
- Work collaboratively with other operators and supervisors
- Support production line and recycle area

What We're Looking For





- Previous experience in operating extrusion machine (advantageous)
- Understanding of plastics/polymer processing principles
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Ability to read and interpret production specifications
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to work other departments (if applicable)
- Forklift licence (advantageous)
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to following procedures
