ABOUT US:

We seek a motivated Machine Operator Laser and Plasma to join our team and maintain our high standards.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Operate CNC Plasma Cutting Machines: Set up and operate machines to cut and shape steel components per specifications. Flexibility to operate multiple machines.
- Operate Bystronic Laser Machines: Set up and operate machines to cut and shape steel components per specifications. Flexibility to operate multiple machines.
- Material Handling: Load and unload materials, ensuring proper alignment and positioning.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and adjust as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and report concerns or incidents.
- Housekeeping: Keep the work area clean, manage scrap metal,



and ensure tools are returned to their proper locations.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Qualifications:

- Relevant CNC operating experience, with Kinetic machines or Bystronic Laser machines being advantageous.
- Forklift ticket is advantageous.

Experience:

- Prior experience in steel processing or sheet metal workshop preferred. Knowledge of materials and metallurgy is beneficial.

Skills:

- Forklift ticket and overhead crane experience are advantageous.
