We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Machine Operators to join our team.

Shift Availability

- Day Shift – Start at 5:00am, Monday to Saturday
- Afternoon Shift – Start at 1:00pm, Monday to Saturday

A Day in the Life
- Machine start-up experience or a strong aptitude to learn machinery
- Staying proactive and always one step ahead
- Reading and communicating production plans and supporting the team to achieve KPIs
- Communicating effectively across all levels of the business, including managers, senior leaders, auditors and contractors
- Operating machinery safely and efficiently
- Adapting quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For
- Experience operating VFFS or similar packaging machinery highly regarded
- Previous FMCG or food manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, high-volume environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling up to 10kg
- Willingness to work in cold conditions (2–4°C, PPE provided)
- Flexible to work weekends when required
- Must be 18 years or older
