Leisure Inn Spires is seeking an experienced and reliable Handyperson to assist with the ongoing maintenance, upkeep and presentation of the property.

The role is for up to 10 hours per week, with duties varying depending on the maintenance requirements of the property.

Key responsibilities include carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs throughout the property. This may include basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry work, depending on your qualifications and experience.

You will also assist with the general upkeep and presentation of guest rooms, corridors, common areas and facilities, and may occasionally be required to assist the housekeeping team with room servicing or public area cleaning.

Previous experience in maintenance, property upkeep or a similar handyperson role is required.

We are looking for someone who is practical, reliable, able to work independently and takes pride in maintaining a secure and well-presented property.

Pay: $27.97 – $48.95 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
