Small Maintenance company focusing only on residential maintenance. Looking for someone who has been in the residential maintenance industry for at least a few years or is highly competent in all things domestic maintenance.
Must be proficient with at least a few of these dot points:
- Installing fixtures in the home (Toilets, Taps, Hot water systems)
- Digging and replacing Drainage pipe either by hand or Excavator.
- Know how to Oxy Weld.
- Drive manual.
- Know how to use demo saw/jackhammer
- Have basic concreting knowledge.
Being able to talk to customers appropriately is a MUST.
We are willing to train you on areas you are not strong in ultimately, we are looking for someone keen to work and progress in life. No hopers and drifters will not be considered.
Currently Need 2 Tradesmen, 1 for inside house work and 1 for drainage.
Qualifications & experience
- Certificate 3 in plumbing.
- Drivers licence
- Experience in domestic maintenance
- Able to communicate with customers on a professional base
- Work well with others
