WHAT’S INVOLVED?

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our close-knit maintenance team, you will use your industrial maintenance experience to fault find, maintain and improve a wide variety of automated filling, processing and packing machinery.

You will be responsible for:

- Servicing, repairing, testing, modify, and troubleshooting equipment
- Performing maintenance administration and participating in project work
- Assisting the production team to ensure smooth operation of the lines with minimal downtime and disruption to the ongoing production of beverage products
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced and sometimes reactive environment
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

To be successful you will:
- Have an Australian mechanical trade qualification
- Have experience in installations, repairs and maintenance of industrial manufacturing equipment, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Have a keen eye of detail to fault find on hydraulic, pneumatic and complex mechanical systems
- Be proactive to be able to assess preventive maintenance solutions
- Have great interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships, communicate and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders
- Have the ability to identify and introduce improvements in maintenance practices and plant performance




- Have experience with Maintenance Management System & Maintenance Work Order Processing (MEX experience is advantageous)
