We are seeking a reliable and experienced Male Support Worker to provide ongoing community support to a participant in Marangaroo.
Regular Shift Schedule:
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide community access and social participation support
- Assist the participant with appointments, shopping and community activities
- Support protected entry and exit from the vehicle as required
- Promote independence, choice and participant goals
- Complete required progress notes and documentation
Requirements:
- Previous disability/community support experience preferred
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Clearance
- First Aid and CPR
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Reliable and able to commit to the regular roster
Location: Marangaroo, WA Pay: $34.44 – $40.00 per hour
