Bringing together the deep community connections, shared values and specialist expertise of both organisations, Omnia builds on more than 50 years of experience delivering health and wellbeing services within the not-for-profit sector.
We offer a broad range of services across the lifespan including general practice, allied health, disability support, mental health, early childhood, family services, aged care and community wellbeing. These services are delivered from our sites in Broadford, Kinglake, Kyneton, Romsey, Seymour, Sunbury and Wallan, with additional outreach across surrounding communities.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Manager Client Access to lead our organisation-wide Client Access function. This is a rare opportunity to shape how people access health and community services across a large, multi-site organisation and drive improvements that make a real difference to client journeys and outcomes.
Reporting to the Executive Director People and Corporate, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of Omnia's Reception, General Intake and NDIS Intake functions. You'll lead the implementation and ongoing refinement of our integrated Client Access model, ensuring clients receive timely, equitable and coordinated access to the services they need.

business continuity and executive reporting. A commitment to person-centred service delivery, inclusion, equity and the principles of community health.
About You
Working closely with service delivery leaders, executives and frontline teams, you will:
- Lead and continuously improve Omnia's integrated Client Access operating model
- Drive service excellence across Reception, General Intake and NDIS Intake
- Strengthen partnerships between Client Access and Service Delivery Teams
- Monitor performance, demand, capacity and client experience measures
- Lead workforce capability, governance and strategic performance by overseeing people leadership, quality, risk, compliance, business continuity and executive reporting.
You are a collaborative and strategic leader who thrives in complex service environments and is passionate about improving access to services for diverse communities.
You will bring
- Significant leadership experience in client access, intake, reception, service coordination, health, community services or a related environment
- Strong experience leading operational and service improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated success in performance management, workforce leadership and change management
- Experience using data and insights to drive decision-making and service improvement
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
- A commitment to person-centred practice, inclusion and health equity.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, management, business or a related discipline will be highly regarded
Experience Significant experience leading client access, intake, reception,
service coordination or customer-facing functions within health, community services or a comparable multi-site environment.
Experience developing and implementing service delivery models, operational frameworks and continuous improvement initiative.
