The Department of Housing, Local Government and Community Development (DHLGCD) is dedicated to building stronger, more connected communities across the Northern Territory, Through innovative housing solutions, effective local governance, and responsive service delivery. The Community Development Manager leads a regional Community Development team to deliver practical outcomes in remote communities. Build strong relationships with Aboriginal people, community leaders,



councils and partner organisations, ensuring local priorities inform departmental programs and decisions under Local Decision-Making Agreements, Local Government Reform, the Empowering the Bush Framework, and other departmental and regional priorities.
