New Pharmacy | Partnership Opportunity | No Upfront Capital Required We are seeking an experienced, motivated and commercially minded Managing Pharmacist Partner to join a brand-new pharmacy in Rockhampton, Queensland.

This is a unique opportunity for a pharmacist who is interested in pharmacy partnership and business ownership, without the requirement for upfront capital or investment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing and growing the pharmacy and will be actively involved in the day-to-day management of both the dispensary and retail store.

The Opportunity

As Managing Pharmacist Partner, you will work closely with the experienced pharmacy business owners and management team to establish and grow a high-performing pharmacy focused on exceptional patient care, robust customer service and sustainable business growth. This opportunity will allow the successful candidate to work alongside experienced pharmacy operators, gaining valuable insight, guidance and support while helping to establish and grow the pharmacy.

No upfront capital or investment is required for the partnership.

The successful partner will, however, be expected to make a genuine commitment to the day-to-day operation and management of the pharmacy and take ownership of the responsibilities associated with running a successful pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Overall oversight and day-to-day management of the pharmacy and dispensary
- Managing, mentoring and supporting pharmacy staff
- Staff rostering, performance and team development
- Inventory and stock management, including purchasing and stock control
- Working collaboratively with business partners on pharmacy operations, strategy and growth




- Ensuring compliance with all relevant Queensland pharmacy legislation, regulatory requirements and professional standards
- Maintaining appropriate pharmacy policies, procedures and quality systems
- Financial oversight and monitoring of pharmacy performance
- Establishing, monitoring and achieving agreed KPIs and business targets
- Driving sales, professional services and overall pharmacy growth

- Dispensing and patient counselling
- Delivering and supporting professional health services
- Building strong relationships with patients, customers and local healthcare providers
- Ensuring the pharmacy maintains a high standard of presentation, service and operational efficiency

About You

We are looking for a pharmacist who:
- Holds current AHPRA registration and is eligible to practise in Queensland
- Has pharmacy management or leadership experience
- Is confident managing both dispensary and retail operations
- Has strong commercial awareness and understands pharmacy KPIs
- Is an effective leader who can motivate and develop a team
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is passionate about patient care and professional pharmacy services
- Is ambitious and interested in building a long-term career in pharmacy ownership
- Is prepared to be hands-on and actively involved in the daily operation of the business
