BOQ Group is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist in Noosa to welcome customers, identify financial needs, and connect them with banking solutions. You’ll work with the Branch Manager and team to deliver exceptional service and maintain regular contact with customers.

You’ll handle loan maintenance like top-ups and variations, refer to Home Lending and Business Banking, coach Customer Service Officers, promote digital tools, and participate in a structured training pathway toward Lending
