Job Description

Winslow Constructors in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our finance team. In this hands-on role you will manage end-to-end payroll for 1700+ employees across 5 EBAs, ensuring accurate onboarding and compliance with tax documentation.

You will maintain employee records, reconcile payroll runs, and provide timely payroll support. Solid attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously or with a team are essential; SAP SuccessFactors ECP experience is highly
