Repco is seeking a Customer Development Manager to work with Store Managers and key trade customers in Queensland. You will drive sales, manage a ~150-customer territory, and deliver on sales budgets through a solid relationship network and CRM-driven promotions.

You’ll operate within a KPI-driven environment, prioritise safety, and participate in training and trade shows to grow product knowledge and customer partnerships.
