About the role

n

We are currently seeking highly motivated and energetic Store Managers to join our Network.

n

You will need to thrive in a fast paced, team environment and always be willing to go the extra mile for our customers and your team.

n

The Store Manager Role will include recruiting and training staff, completing a range of retail management responsibilities such as ordering, rosters and maintaining the OH&S; standards in the store.

n

The role will require weekend, afternoon and night shift work required on a rotating basis. The successful candidates will receive extensive retail management training and have ongoing support in building skills in retail management.

n

The role is physical in nature,



so you will need to enjoy hands-on work, be able to meet deadlines, maintain exceptional retail standards and provide outstanding customer service while working autonomously.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WOULD HAVE:

- Prior experience in retail

- Proven customer service skills

- A can-do attitude

- Relevant working rights
n
- Reliable transport
n
- Flexibility in working hours to meet the needs of the business including some weekends and nights

- Fluent English both verbal and written

- Clean and Presentable
n
- Enthusiastic
n
- Ability to communicate with people from all walks of life

- Ability to Multi-task in a busy workplace
