About the Prospect n

The role reports to the Group General Manager Strategy and Corporate Services.

n

The Human Resources Lead role is an exciting new role in a growing business which will focus initially on supporting the introduction of a new human capital management platform (Dayforce) and transition into a generalist HR support role for the Tyree Cable operations in Southeast Melbourne.

n

The responsibilities of this role will include:

n

- Developing a deep understanding of Dayforce and its functionality
n
- Support the deployment of Dayforce across the Tyree Group (focusing on Melbourne Operations)
n
- Lead the ongoing maintenance and support of the Dayforce application after implementation
n
- Provide support to the Tyree Cable recruitment, onboarding and development of staff
n




- Provide support to line managers in regard to specific human resource case management
n
- Implement group human resources initiatives for the Tyree Cable operations
n
- Align Tyree Cable human resources policies and procedures with Tyree Group policies and procedures
n
- Assist the Tyree Cable Chief Executive Officer with other human resource related matters
n

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their experience across these areas of responsibility. In particular experience in the deployment of a Human Resource Information System is highly desirable.
