you must be able to demonstrate that you are a customer focused, driven sales qualified who is able to manage a portfolio of varied accounts with independent tyre retailers and end users. The successful candidate will possess strong customer relationship skills and understand how to create genuine relationships whilst being part of a results-focused team who is passionate about lasting performance. Sales driven bonuses are available for the right candidate.

The key responsibilities of this role

- Execute Queensland sales plans to achieve the sales budget results.
- Execute planned initiatives to achieve overall territory growth within existing sales channels and customer categories.
- Proactively identifying prospective new customers within each sales channel and initiating sales activities to convert Customers.
- Communicating new sales programs to customers to ensure we maximize market opportunities.
- Achieves monthly sales budgets within Queensland as agreed with the CEO.
- Coverage of designated Queensland territory north QLD/Northern Rivers with regular travel required

Skills & Qualifications





- 1-2 Years minimum sales and account management experience is desirable but not essential
- Intermediate computer skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to form long-lasting relationships built on trust and professionalism.
- Competitive and performance-driven.
- Ability to self-motivate.
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook)
