We are looking for a passionate experienced Physiotherapist to join a team of Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy and Dieticians. As physiotherapist in the team you will:

- Work within client’s homes
- Work in a consumer directed care model, applying a strengths-based and capacity building approach.
- Promote continuous improvement and best practice.
- Complete comprehensive assessments and identify plans to enhance outcomes related to independence, employment, and wellbeing.
- Deliver high quality services within a range of funding and legislative models including NDIS, Aged Care and Disability Employment Services

About you:

You will need to have a relevant Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, current AHPRA registration,



and preferably experience in the Disability or Health Sector.

You are consumer focused, determined and self-disciplined, resilient and adaptive and collaborative.

If successful, you will need to:

- Complete a NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Complete a Disability Workers Exclusion Check.
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Complete a National Police Check (and possibly an International Police Check).
